Kenneth E. Weston
Kenneth E. Weston’s areas of practice include business law, commercial litigation, general civil litigation and appeals, bankruptcy litigation and appeals, creditor’s rights, debtor’s rights, real estate, and business organization. After graduating from high school in El Paso, Texas, Mr. Weston attended first the University of Texas at El Paso and later West Texas State University, where he received his bachelor of science degree in 1977. Mr. Weston received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 1982. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Area Bar Association, and the Panhandle Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. He has practiced law in Amarillo since 1982. He is a past member of the Panel of U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees, 1982-93. Mr. Weston regularly appears in both state and federal courts throughout the Texas Panhandle.
