Dusty J. Stockard's areas of expertise include general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Mr. Stockard attended West Texas A & M University where he received his B.A. in 1996. He graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 2000 where he was a member of Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of both Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Stockard is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Amarillo Area Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association where he serves as an executive, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Stockard currently serves as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Amarillo & Canyon and as a Recruitment Leader for the American Diabetes Association.
