Paul Eaton was a graduate of the University of Michigan with bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Laws. He had extensive experience in public utility, oil and gas, and water law. He had practiced before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and various regulatory agencies in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. He served for 13 years as a Trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Mr. Eaton was a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of New Mexico, and the American Bar Association and various Bar Association sections and committees related to his areas of practice.
