Bill Brian concentrates his practice in the area
of estate planning and estate and trust administration, and related tax
planning for families and private businesses. He has been board certified
in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
since 1984.
Having earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Baylor University, Mr. Brian
also received the LL.M. in taxation from Southern Methodist University School
of Law. He served as a Council member to the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust
Law Section, State Bar of Texas, from 1999-2002, is a Life Fellow in the Texas
Bar Foundation, and is a past president and executive committee member of the
Amarillo Area Bar Association.
Mr. Brian's community involvement includes Panhandle Baptist Foundation,
Baylor University, Panhandle-Plains Historical Society, Amarillo Advisory Board
of the Salvation Army, and Baptist St. Anthony's Foundation.
